The Chill House is the shared hub at Pearl West, two connected buildings on the west end of Pearl Street. The ground floor was Galvanize, where a generation of Boulder companies started. The floors above it were built for a single tenant. We are opening them together as one place: your own door, and a building full of people, kitchens, decks and rooms that come with it.

The third floor of the Walnut building is the building’s kitchen table: an industrial kitchen, a large deck, locker rooms with showers, and a lounge at the door. Every office and suite comes with it. Nobody funds a break room that collects dust.

1048 Pearl and 1023 Walnut share a lobby, a garage and a bridge. Pearl Street runs along the front, the Flatirons sit at the end of it, and the coffee shop is on the corner. The rooms on the upper floors keep the Colorado landmark names they have had for years.
