Your office is yours. Everything else in the building is everyone’s, and it is what makes a small door here worth more than a large one somewhere else.
The kitchen and the deck
Third floor, Walnut building
An industrial kitchen with the building’s biggest deck off the end of it. Lunch on the deck, a chef cooking for the floor some evenings, and the tables everyone ends up at. Every office and suite in the building has it.
The Galvanized lounge
Ground floor, Walnut building
The room you walk into. Lounge seating, a few tables, the coffee shop through the wall, and the front desk. It is open to everyone in the building all day, and it is where the building gathers.
The Boardroom and the meeting rooms
Second floor, Pearl building, and every floor
One boardroom worth the name, with an inlaid ceiling and daylight, reached straight up the stairs. Around it, smaller meeting rooms and roughly twenty huddle rooms, booked by the hour or on the credits that come with an office.
Locker rooms and showers
Third floor, Walnut building
Full locker rooms with showers on the shared floor, for the ride in, the run at lunch and the trailhead ten minutes away.
The garage
Three levels below the Pearl building
An automated garage under the building. Office tenants who sign this year park free for the first year. Private storage rooms sit on the lowest level.
Fiber and the server room
Third floor, Walnut building
Building fiber to every suite, and a server room with conditioned power and cooling sized for far more than an office. A tenant can run its own racks here, on an isolated fiber run that never passes through anyone else’s gear.
Two passes with every office.
Every office comes with two access passes to the shared floor. Add a seat for a third person, or a few for the team visiting from Denver.
