The building
Two addresses on the west end of Pearl Street, joined by a lobby, a garage and a bridge, with a history that a lot of Boulder companies share.
Why this building
Boulder has more good companies per block than almost anywhere, and fewer good places for them to sit next to each other. The ground floor here was Galvanize, and for years it was where founders, engineers and investors ran into each other on the way to coffee. The floors above were built out for a single technology tenant, with a kitchen, a deck and a server room that a small company could never justify on its own.
We are opening the whole thing as one place. A private office or a suite of your own, and a building around it that already has the lounge, the boardroom, the kitchen and the people. The first tenants will be technology companies and the investors who back them; everyone else finds them here.

Where it is
The west end of Pearl Street, a short walk from the Pearl Street Mall in one direction and the trailheads in the other. Restaurants, the bus, and the rest of downtown Boulder are outside the front door.
The names on the doors
The rooms on the upper floors were named for Colorado places when the floors were first built out, and the names stayed: Palisade, Castle Pines, Keystone, Empire, Aspen, Eldora, Estes Park. We kept the convention. The Galvanized rooms downstairs are numbered until their tenants name them.
