The Pearl Suite runs the length of the Pearl Street window wall on the second floor, with a deck at each end and its own entry at both. It has been pre-planned two ways: as one suite, or split down the middle so each half keeps a deck and a door.

Nobody gets only the window. A tenant who takes the Pearl-facing half takes some of the interior with it, and private offices, if you want them, are built on the interior side so the windows stay open to the room.

It is priced as a package. The shared floor, the boardroom credits and the parking come with it.
